Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the purchase and use of GreaterWaves’ products. By buying, you accept them together with the disclaimer and the privacy notice.

1. Who sells

2. What we offer

Online education in algorithmic and systematic trading. We don’t provide investment services: no personalized advice, portfolio management or brokerage (see the disclaimer).

What each product includes, its price and its specific conditions are shown on its page before you buy.

3. Early access to “Algorithmic Trading with AI”

The course is sold in early access: part of the content is available from purchase and part is released later.

• Available from purchase: the current program courses, the Master EA with its source code, the templates, the student community and the monthly group session.
• Released later: the new course, the Claude Code plugin and the GreaterWaves MQL5 Kit. You’ll get them at no extra cost as they become ready, and we’ll let you know by email. We don’t commit to a fixed date.

The product page always shows what is available and what isn’t yet.

4. Technical requirements

To follow the course and use the plugin and the kit you need, on your own account and at your own cost:

• A Windows computer with MetaTrader 5.
• A paid Claude subscription (the Pro plan is recommended), purchased directly from Anthropic. It is not included in the price and is governed by Anthropic’s terms.
• To trade live, an account with a broker or a prop firm, under their own conditions.

Please check these requirements before buying.

5. Purchase and payment

Purchases are made on Payhip, in the store for your language (euros in the Spanish store, US dollars in the English one). The price shown at checkout is final, taxes included. Access is activated once payment is confirmed, and instructions arrive by email.

Mentoring is purchased after an application and a call, and paid through the Payhip links we send you (one payment or three monthly payments). The single session is also paid through a Payhip link after we talk.

We may change prices at any time; changes don’t affect purchases already made. We may refuse or cancel a purchase in case of fraud or misuse.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. To exercise it, email jose.martinez@greaterwaves.com within that period. We’ll refund you through the same payment method within 14 days.

• Courses and digital content: access is immediate. When you buy, you expressly request that delivery begin and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If you haven’t been given access yet, you can still withdraw.
• Mentoring and single session: these are services. If you ask for them to start before the 14 days are over and then withdraw, you’ll pay for the part of the service already provided. Once fully provided, you can no longer withdraw.

This does not affect your rights if the product doesn’t match what you purchased.

7. Mentorship

• It includes up to 12 individual 60-minute sessions over 3 months from the start, and WhatsApp support on working days.
• Sessions are booked through the Cal.com calendar we send you.
• It can be renewed for another 3 months with a separate payment.
• We work on your own systems, but you make every trading decision: mentoring is education, not advice.

8. Licence

All Material (videos, texts, code, templates, the Master EA, the plugin and the GreaterWaves MQL5 Kit) belongs to GreaterWaves or is used under licence. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your education and your own trading, including your own accounts, DARWINs and funded accounts.

• The systems you build with the plugin and the kit are yours.
• You may not share your access, or resell, publish, redistribute or sublicense the Material, the plugin or the kit, or use them to teach others, without written permission.
• The plugin and the kit may carry a licence and marks that identify each student’s copy.

If you breach these conditions, we may remove your access without refund and take appropriate legal action.

9. Community

The student community (Discord) is a place to learn. Trading signals, investment or money-management offers, spam and disrespect are not allowed. We may moderate messages and remove anyone who breaks these rules.

10. Updates and availability

We may update, expand or reorganize the courses and tools to improve them, and change the platform they’re delivered on. We aim to keep everything available, but there may be outages for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

11. Chargebacks

If, after receiving access, you open an unjustified dispute or chargeback, we may suspend access while it’s resolved.

12. Liability

We don’t guarantee any financial result (see the disclaimer). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each purchase is governed by the terms in force when it was made.

14. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have a complaint, email us first at jose.martinez@greaterwaves.com and we’ll reply as soon as possible. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts of your place of residence and you keep any protection your country’s law gives you.
